Rhythms in Flux with John Sutton Especially good for people who love the excitement of shifting patterns interspersed with lively breaks, this is primarily a short series of workshops, gradually building up from the simplest beginnings. We'll be aiming to give a sizzling performance at the end of it all, including a song. I’m hoping for some hardcore drummers! That said, the rhythms will include some easy, steady parts for the pleasure of the less experienced – and if you can make it to only one or two of the workshops, you are still very welcome. Simple notation provided.

Family Constellations with Barbara Morgan I call my workshops ‘Coming Home’– Healing the Family Soul. The idea is that a lot of our current suffering is directly linked to the events of the past in our families and the actions of our ancestors. It helps to see that the family is a system that needs to be in balance in order to thrive – just like nature. And just as in nature, many things have happened which have upset the balance of our families and we and our children and grandchildren are feeling the effects. In a group situation we can choose members of the group to represent members of our family and sometimes abstract concepts like: war, love, truth, a secret. We place these people in the middle of the group according to our intuition and then the representatives begin to experience sensations, an urge to move or deep emotions related to the person they are representing. Healing sentences provide a ritual for opening the heart and ‘coming home’. Barbara Morgan is a Family Constellations Practitioner & Trainer also editor of the International Constellations Journal called: The Knowing Field. Willow weaving for Adults From the Earth a bundle of rods, quiet the mind, hands weaving, bring out the child within.
