Midsummer Solstice Camp

The Glendree Camps provide an intimate retreat space in the beautiful surrounds of East Clare. The Earthsong ethos during these camps allows people to authentically connect with the people and nature around them. John Bowker, an experienced and incredibly talented drum circle and voice facilitator leads these camps with his signature style of humour and depth, high energy and playfulness.
ABOUT THE CAMPS
The Glendree Camps are held in a secluded location with magnificent views overlooking east Clare. The site has woodlands, a private swimming lake, a very impressive stone circle, two yurts, a hot shower cabin, and eco-toilets. There is also a Sauna Yurt for the ultimate glamping experience.
All the Glendree camps have the Earthsong ethos and rules, no late night noise or electric music, no mobile phone use on site, no visitors, no alcohol or drug use.
On both camps, arrivals are welcome from the Thursday midday and there is an option to stay until Monday afternoon. Unlike the Earthsong Tipperary camps, the Glendree camps are not suitable for children as the lake is deep and has steep sides. However, teens from the age of 14 are very welcome when accompanied by an adult guardian.

GLAMPING AREA
The Glendree site offers this year other accommodations than just camping, for those who seek a bit more comfort. There is a yurt dormitory for 6 people heated with a wood stove. There are yurts and bell tents to rent and there is a bed & breakfast option nearby. You can book these accommodations during the online booking below.

These Camps are a space without phones or screens (no devices), no alcohol and other drugs, no electric music. The location is very private and magical and has a large stone circle and a beautiful lake for swimming.
Ticket prices include camping, access to all events and amenities including hot shower cabin, campfire wood, 3 hot vegetarian meals (served on the Fri. Sat. and Sun. evening of camp
As this is a camp you will need to bring your own tent, bedding, and camping equipment. You will also need to bring your own breakfast and lunches, teas and coffee. There will be outdoor fires where you can prepare and heat up your food.
