TRIBAL SPIRIT DRUMMINGEarthsong is famous for its large drumming sessions, up to 200 people gather for the evening drum in the Big Top. Using Djembes, Bougaraboos, Sabars, Dun Duns, bells, shakers and our voices we put together powerful polyrhythms from Africa. We chant and dance and create a truly wonderful tribal sound.
Ayurveda is the oldest known form of medicine, a 5,000 year old sister-science to yoga, given to us by the rishis of ancient India. Simply stated it is the study of life itself. In this workshop you'll learn the theory and application of universal prinicples within nature that can be used to restore balance in the mind, body, and spirit.
CIRCLE DANCETony Wrench and Faith
Circle Dancing draws from an ancient tradition. We dance simple dances from many folk cultures, including Greek, Romanian, Armenian, French and Russian. Some dances are energetic, some gentle. We teach each dance before dancing it. The chief aim is enjoyment, rather than technique, and the experience of moving together as a circle. The music will be live.

Family constellations is about acknowledging what is working together as a group we
explore the hidden dynamics and patterns in our families that have interrupted the flow of
love in our lives. Using exercises, rituals and personal constellations we create a safe
space where we learn to take our lives fully and inhabit our place in this world.
5RHYTHMSSherron St Clair
When we practice 5Rhythms, flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness, we learn to creatively express aggressiveness and vulnerability, emotions and anxieties, edges and ecstasies.
Each rhythm is interpreted by individuals in a uniquely personal way, opening them to a new sense of freedom and possibility that is both surprising and healing, exhilarating as well as deeply restorative. It is, in essence, “exercise for the right brain.”

Simple devotional group chanting. The power of the collective voice accompanied by the
harmonium and various percussion. A practice originating in india, as a means for devotees to express their love for their God or Guru. Kirtan derives from the Sanskrit term
Kirtanam, meaning to praise. Will be an open space, to come and go, for all keen singers
or meditators. Beautiful way to start the day.
