Chanting devotional chants. even if you never sing...come and dive into the stillness created by music... experience ecstasy and bliss if you just let go ♥ It is a magical atmosphere...total stillness and passionate ecstasy..We chant for one hour in the morning...repetitive, easy singalongs...We arrive in silence and leave in silence. These chants are also called Mantra. 5RHYTHMSSherron St Clair
When we practice 5Rhythms, flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness, we learn to creatively express aggressiveness and vulnerability, emotions and anxieties, edges and ecstasies.
Each rhythm is interpreted by individuals in a uniquely personal way, opening them to a new sense of freedom and possibility that is both surprising and healing, exhilarating as well as deeply restorative. It is, in essence, “exercise for the right brain.”

GROUP GAMESBrian Mc Ginley
"Man is most nearly himself when he achieves the seriousness of a child at play" - Heraclitus.
Playing together in a safe and open space gives us permission to reunite with our inner child, one of careless enjoyment and free spirit. Games of all shapes and sizes gathered from around the world specially to help grown ups grow down.
We work with the different body systems and discove how to move and express from them. The bones, joints, organs, muscles and fluids all have a mind of their own and love to have the freedom to express that mind in its own unique way. This leads to an understanding of how the mind is expressed through the body and the body through the mind. The practice invites us to experience our bodies from within.

QI GONG & TAI CHIFatima Lucia
Through the practice of Tai chi and Qi gong we cultivate our awareness, sensitivity and balance, which transforms the way we stand, move and interact in all aspects of our life. And as we develop and refine these, we can create a state of aliveness - physically, energetically and spiritually.
The principles of Tai chi are the key. If you thoroughly understand them, the differences between the various Tai chi forms become merely external..the principles remain the same.
