Waitlists for Dance And Harvest Camps 2026 will go live when tickets for the camps sell out.
Tickets will be sold from Sunday the 1st of March from 2pm GMT onwards.
CAMP IN LOCO PARENTIS (GUARDIAN) POLICY
Anyone intending to be a Camp Guardian for a young person who is not their child/legal charge is asked to familiarise themselves with our Camp Guardian Policy. Being a guardian to a young person at Earthsong means being officially and practically responsible for that young person so that their safety and wellbeing is as much as possible guaranteed. For this reason, a camp guardian is expected to have a pre-existing relationship with the young person and their parent(s)/legal guardian. Click HERE to read the full policy.
TICKET CANCELLATION POLICY
* Tickets cannot be transferred to another person or a different camp.
* Tickets cancelled more than 28 days before camp will be refunded but subject to a handling fee of 30% per ticket.
* Tickets cancelled between 14 and 28 days before camp will be refunded but subject to a handling fee of 50% per ticket.
* Tickets cancelled less than 14 days before the start of camp are non-refundable and non-transferable.
