Brigit Leitner Chanting devotional chants. even if you never sing...come and dive into the stillness created by music... experience ecstasy and bliss if you just let go ♥ It is a magical atmosphere...total stillness and passionate ecstasy..We chant for one hour in the morning...repetitive, easy singalongs...We arrive in silence and leave in silence. These chants are also called Mantra. The word "MANTRA" is sanskrit and means "to empty the mind". When our mind is empty, there is peace inside us.
Sherron St Clair When we practice 5Rhythms, flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness, we learn to creatively express aggressiveness and vulnerability, emotions and anxieties, edges and ecstasies. Each rhythm is interpreted by individuals in a uniquely personal way, opening them to a new sense of freedom and possibility that is both surprising and healing, exhilarating as well as deeply restorative. It is, in essence, “exercise for the right brain.” www.sherronstclair.ie

The bones, joints, organs, muscles and fluids all have a mind of their own and love to have the freedom to express that mind in its own unique way. Fatima Lucia Through the practice of Tai chi and Qi gong we cultivate our awareness, sensitivity and balance, which transforms the way we stand, move and interact in all aspects of our life. And as we develop and refine these, we can create a state of aliveness - physically, energetically and spiritually. The principles of Tai chi are the key. If you thoroughly understand them, the differences between the various Tai chi forms become merely external..the principles remain the same.
